Wood Laser Engraving Machine Precautions And Maintenance

To ensure optimal usage, it is essential to follow proper guidelines. Firstly, always remember to turn on the cooling water before commencing operations. It is recommended to adopt the principle of low-increasing-high-increasing to adjust the outlet pipe position. This will ensure that the cooling water is evenly distributed throughout the cooling pipe, and there are no bubbles in the pipe. Only then, you should proceed to turn on the power. By adhering to these guidelines, you can achieve optimal results and avoid any potential damage to the equipment.

To ensure proper cooling water flow and prevent power issues, there are two key points to support the laser tube. These points should be positioned at the 1/4 mark of the total length of the laser tube. In this range, the optimal flow rate is between 2L-4L/min. If the points are not correctly positioned, the effects will be poor and may result in mode jumping and power loss in multiple areas. Additionally, it is important that the cooling water return port in the tank is submerged, or else the cooling water should be turned off when the power is turned off to avoid any potential issues.

It is important to bear in mind the protection of the laser's output window during the work process, and even when conducting any necessary adjustments. This is because the smoke generated can cause contamination to build up on the surface of the output window, lowering its power output. To avoid this, a piece of absorbent cotton or silk cloth dipped in alcohol can be used to gently wipe down the outer surface of the output window. By carefully following these steps, the laser's output window can be kept clean and protected while carrying out important work.

To optimize the output, the laser should be fine-tuned by adjusting the laser support point or rotation laser position during the debugging process. This will help achieve the best results in terms of output quality.

Paying attention to certain precautions can go a long way in avoiding mishaps during high-voltage electrode deposition. To begin with, it is important to steer clear of depositing dust near the high-voltage electrode. Moreover, moisture can cause damage to the apparatus, so it's essential to keep it dry at all times. In addition, the high-voltage end should always be kept as far away from the metal as possible to prevent any risks of high voltage ignition or discharge. By following these guidelines, you can ensure a smooth and safe deposition process.

When using the laser, it is important to prevent the formation of scale in the cooling tube to avoid any blockage of the cooling water and maintain optimal heat dissipation. If any scale is observed, the cooling tube can be effectively cleaned by utilizing a 20% dilute hydrochloric acid solution. This will ensure the elimination of scale and restore the cooling tube's functionality.

The laser, which is a delicate glass product, should be handled with care during installation and use to prevent any local stress. It is important to avoid subjecting it to any unnecessary pressure or force that could potentially damage its fragile structure.

To conserve laser energy, it is rational to utilize laser tubes. The optimum operational point for laser tubes is at 16 mA. Rearranging the information presented, the usage of laser tubes can be justified as a means to save laser energy and the ideal operating point for these tubes lies at 16 mA.
